Every project begins here - with a great plan. Get expert guidance on layout, materials, and budget in a single 90-minute visit. You'll walk away with a professional AI render, a contractor punch list, and a product link tree — enough to move forward on your own, or with us.
The Consult is only booked after an initial introduction call. If you move forward with a full project, the $495 consultation fee is credited toward your project.
DESIGN
Fixture, Finish, Furnish
Love the bones, not the finish? Paint, textiles, furniture, hardware - sourced through 50+ trade partnerships and fully installed. No walls move, no permits, just a space that finally feels right.

DESIGN BUILD
Renovation Design and Project Management
Layout changes, structural work, kitchens and bathrooms from the studs up. Design and construction managed together from day one, so nothing gets lost between the vision and the build — trusted contractors, one point of contact, real oversight the whole way through.
15% of total project budget. Construction costs billed separately by your contractor.
