How it Works

What to expect:

Step 1: Event Consultation

We discuss your event—date, guest count, theme and style, budget, and any special requests. I'll ask about the vibe you're going for: casual and cozy? Elegant and elevated? Fun and whimsical?

Step 2: Design Concept

I create a design concept with mood boards, color palettes, and styling ideas. You'll see exactly what I'm envisioning before we source a single item. We will decide what we are purchasing and you are keeping and what you are renting from us- and all of it will be presented to you on an itemized invoice.

Step 3: Sourcing & Planning

I handle all the shopping, rental coordination, and logistics. You approve the concept, and I make it happen. No running around to twelve different stores while you're trying to prep food.

Step 4: Setup & Installation

I arrive several hours before your event to transform your space. Tables are set, décor is placed, everything is styled to perfection. You get ready in peace.

Step 5: You Enjoy Your Event

You greet guests, enjoy conversations, and actually remember the night—not because you were frantically adjusting centerpieces, but because you were present.

Step 6: Pick up and Take Away

After the clock has struck midnight and you’ve turned into a pumpkin, I will come pick up any rental items in provided containers- you can just pop them on the front porch and Bibbidy Boppity Boo!

Pricing varies based on:

Tablescape styling (dinner party for 8-12): Starting at $395

Holiday decorating (tree, tablescape, staircase…etc.): Starting at $495

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 4-6 weeks for most events, earlier for holidays. Christmas decorating books up by early November and there are limited spots available. Large events (weddings/rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays) should be booked 6+ months out. But reach out even if your event is sooner—We’ll let you know if we can accommodate.


  • I handle all sourcing. Some items will be rentals (returned after your event), some will be purchased through my trade accounts (you keep these), and some I may pull from my own styling inventory/create fresh (such as florals). We'll discuss what makes sense for your budget.

  • Absolutely! If you've got specific colors, a theme, or inspiration you love, I'll design around that. If you have no idea what you want, I'll guide you through the process with mood boards and concepts.

  • Nope! I will make sure it looks perfect and then get out of your hair. My advice to you is to photograph just before guests and once your guests arrive- take the opportunity to be fully present. My designs are meant to be enjoyed. They will stand up to whatever party you’re having and I want you to stress free and making memories.
